All competitors must have full insurance cover for this competition and will only be allowed to compete in official  ITF  dobuks  and  approved  safety  equipment:

• head  guard
• hand  pads  covering  fingers
• foot  pads covering all toes
• gum shield
• men must wear a groin guard.
